OPTIFAST® Phases

Intensive Phase

Designed for rapid, initial, effective weight loss, this ketosis-inducing phase can last up to 12 weeks. In this phase, you can replace 3 meals per day with 3 OPTIFAST® Products. Include at least 2 cups low starch vegetables from the allowed foods list, 2 litres of water per day & 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
