  • 100 milliliter boiling water
  • 1 sachet Optifast® VLCD™ Strawberry Milkshake
  • 4 chopped strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Blend boiling water with jelly.
  • Add ice cubes to equal 1 cup.
  • Stir until partially set.
  • Remove ice cubes and blend with Optifast® VLCD™ Strawberry Milkshake.
  • Fold in strawberries and lemon juice.
  • Place in bowl and allow to set.
