  • 1 tablespoon of bottled pizza sauce,
  • 1 slice of shaved turkey deli
  • 1 medium mushroom, sliced
  • 4 slice tomato
  • 1⁄4 onion sliced
  • 30 gram of reduced fat cheese
  • Top pita bread with pizza sauce
  • Assemble ham, vegetables and cheese on top
  • Cook in pre-heated oven until cheese has melted
  • Serve with 2 cups of green salad
