  • 250 gram cabbage (green and red) raw
  • 1 cup carrot regular raw shredded
  • 1 medium capsicum finely sliced
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Whisk lemon juice, vinegar and mustard together and set aside.
  • Combine slaw ingredients together and then toss with dressing and serve.
